BOXSCORE UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio – The Fredonia State men's soccer team  lost to John Carroll, 4-0, on Saturday afternoon.

The Blue Devils (3-5) had nine shots, two by. Russell Catalano (Akron).  Ryan Keller (East  Aurora), Chase Lipshie (Port Jefferson Station), and Luke Tylutki (Pittsford) had one shot on goal each.

A..J. Grecco (Buffalo) faced 17 shots and recorded seven saves.

Brian Potocnik led the Blue Streaks (5-1) with one goal and two assists. Trent Guy, Nathan Sharbaugh, and Jay Miller scored one goal each.

Fredonia State travels to Brockport on Friday to begin SUNYAC play. Play is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m.
