ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Fredonia State fell to 1-3-1 with a 3-0 loss to St. John Fisher in non-conference women's soccer.
The Blue Devils failed to get a shot while the Cardinals (2-5) wasted no time getting into an offensive mode. They scored three goals in the first 22 minutes -- one each by Taryn Guinta, Alex Rohloff, and Chelsea Oberkrieser.
Starting Fredonia State goalkeeper Hannan McGlinchey faced 13 shots in the first 29 minutes before she was replaced by Shannon Letina, whose normally a defender.
McGlinchey made six saves while Letina finished with four saves in the final 60 minutes.
The Blue Devils are back in action at 2 p.m. Saturday when they entertain No. 6 ranked William Smith at University Stadium.
