BOXSCORE FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Blue Devils got off a pair of three-point attempts in an effort to tie the game, but neither shot would fall as the Devils fell to New Paltz, 72-67, Friday evening in men's basketball.

John Kovach (Shoreham/Shoreham-Wading River) grabbed the rebound and kicked it out to Robert Lyles (Peekskill) who also had a look, but could not convert. New Paltz added a pair of free throws in the final second to seal the victory.
