FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia State added to his single-season school record win total and celebrated Senior Day with a 20-13 SUNYAC win over Oswego in women's lacrosse.
Morgan McNamara (Oswego) had eight goals and
Megan Mietelski (Fairport) collected 10 draw controls as the Blue Devils improved to 14-3 overall and 7-1 in the SUNYAC.
Amy Simon (Amherst) added four goals and one assist while Rachel Reinis (Webster) and
Kaila Fox (Clifton Springs) had two goals each.
McNamara, Mietelski, Simon,
Karli Brinthaupt (Horseheads), and
Sara Ceraso (Bellmore) were playing in their final regular-season home game. All five seniors are four-year players.
Casey Chiesa (Baldwinsville) made five saves.
Rachael Raffa had four goals for Oswego, which fell to 4-9 overall and 0-7 in the conference.
