FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Buffalo State is the opponent Friday for a college basketball doubleheader at the Steele Hall Fieldhouse.
The women's game starts at 6 p.m., followed by the men at 8 p.m.
Both Fredonia State teams are currently out of the SUNYAC playoff picture. The women are 3-11 in the conference and are in a fight with Brockport, Plattsburgh, and Potsdam for the eighth and final playoff spot.
The Buffalo State women defeated the Blue Devils, 65-48, in an earlier meeting. The Bengals are 7-7 in the conference.
Likewise, the Fredonia State men are in a fight for the eighth playoff berth. The Blue Devils bring a 3-11 SUNYAC record into the game compared to Buffalo State's 9-5.
Buffalo State won the earlier meeting, 75-54.
