SPENCERPORT, N.Y. -- Brockport defeated Fredonia State, 6-1, in women's tennis Monday at the Salmon Creek Country Club indoor courts.
The Golden Eagles won all three doubles matches and two of the three singles matches played. No. 5 and No. 6 matches were not contested.
Alison Phillips scored the lone Blue Devil point. The sophomore defeated Mackenzie Rounds in first singles, 6-4 and 7-5.
Fredonia State fell to 2-6 while Brockport improved to 4-5. The match did not count toward the SUNYAC standings.
The Blue Devils close out their regular season Tuesday afternoon vs. Alfred University on the Steele Hall courts. Scheduled start of the match is 3 p.m.
