FREDONIA, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State volleyball team defeated Nazareth College, 3-0, on Wednesday evening in Dods Hall. It was the fifth straight win for the Devils (13-6).

They won games by scores of 25-17, 25-19 and 25-15. Nazareth falls to 8-11.

The Devil offense was led with eight kills apiece from Kaitlin Erdmann (Randolph), Jenna Tatu (Tonawanda/Kenmore West) and Kaitlin Orcutt (Hamburg/West Seneca West). Brittany Lis (Lancaster/Lancaster) had 28 assists.

Defensively, Jennifer Michelsen (Lakeview/Frontier) and Tatu had 16 digs apiece. Chelsea Senn (Hamburg/Frontier) had four blocks.

The Devils will travel to Nazareth College this weekend for the Purple & Gold Invitational. They will take on Capital, Medaille, Geneseo and Theil Colleges in the two-day event.
