A junior forward from Kingston, Pa. and the OJHL Trenton Golden Hawks, Polachek scored the tying and game-winning goals in Fredonia's 5-4 overtime win Sunday in the consolation game of the Skidmore Thanksgiving Invitational. With the Blue Devils on a power play, Polachek outraced two defenders and scored the tying goal with 4:42 left in regulation. His game-winner came at 3:51 into the overtime. The goals were the fourth and fifth of the season for Polachek, who tied for the team lead. He also had an assist in Friday's 3-2 loss to Skidmore.
