Francis, a junior from Dunkirk, N.Y., recorded the highest finish among Blue Devil runners -- men and women -- at the 2017 NCAA Atlantic Regional championship meet. He finished 30th in a field of 290 men at Houghton College's Field of Dreams course. Francis's time for the 8,000 meters was 25:32.1.
