Haynes, a freshman from Whitby, Ont., had three goals on seven shots during a pair of weekend games at Stevenson. Each of his goals Friday pulled the Blue Devils back into a tie, first 3-3, then 4-4, in a game they would eventually lose in overtime 5-4. He picked up where he left off with Fredonia's first goal -- for a 1-0 lead -- in the eventual 2-2 overtime tie Saturday. He also blocked two shots in Saturday's game. Haynes now has six goals and seven points in eight games, including at least one point in the last three games.
