Jacob Winn joins the Blue Devils coaching staff after competing in the program the past three years.

A Niagara Falls, N.Y., native, Winn specialized as a sprinter and established a personal-best of 7.08 seconds in the 60 meters indoors at the Case Western Spartan Alumni Classic last winter. A previous-best of 7.21 seconds (which he later lowered to 7.10) earned him eighth place at the 2024 SUNYAC Indoor Track & Field championship meet as a sophomore.

Also during his sophomore season, Winn recorded an outdoor best of 22.62 seconds in the 200 meters, good for first place at the 2024 Geneseo Early Season Invitational. His indoor-best 200 meter time of 23.41 seconds came weeks later at the FastTrack National Invitational at Ocean Breeze on Staten Island. His 100-meter outdoor PR of 11.01 seconds was recorded as a freshman at the 2023 University of Rochester Alumni Invitational.

Winn is a 2025 recipient of the SUNYAC Award of Valor (READ STORY) presented at the conference's annual spring meeting and banquet.
