Seasons -- 2019: Ramsey competed in five meets in the 2019 Cross Country season... at the Fredonia Invitational, Ramsey had her best 4k time of 19:29.5... Ramsey's best 5k time came at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational with a time of 23:17.1... at the SUNYAC Cross Country Meet, Ramsey ran her best 6k time at 27:37.4.

Personal: Full name is Elizabeth Grace Ramsey ... daughter of Ginna and Mike Ramsey ... has two siblings, Katie and Makenzie.

Reason for choosing Fredonia: "It was the best fit for me. This school has my major and I feel that I will be able to succeed going here. It is a perfect distance from home and I believe that I will be able to fit into the school and the community perfectly."
