2019: Barmore's best 6k overall time and finish in the 2019 cross country season came in the Fredonia 6k Invitational where he placed 10th with a time of 20:57.4... fastest 8k time came in the Oberlin College Inter-Regional Rumble on Oct. 19 where he finished in 26:34.1 ... selected 2020 Outstanding Male Rookie Athlete.
