2019-20:  Barmore competed in the 800 meter, 3,000 meter, mile, distance medley, and 4x400 relay in the 2019-20 Indoor season... Barmore's quickest 800 meter time came in the AARTFC Indoor Championships with a time of 1:56.40... in the Brockport Season Opener Barmore had his quickest time in the 3,000 meter at 9:07.28... at the Golden Eagle Invitational Barmore ran his fastest mile with a time of 4:44.67... in the SUNYAC Indoor Championships Barmore had his quickest DMR time of 10:52.98... Barmore's fastest 4x400 time in 2019 came at the Blue and Orange Inviational and Multi with a time of 3:29.64 ... selected 2020 Outstanding Male Rookie Athlete.
