ALLIANCE, Ohio -- A handful of track athletes competed at the Last Chance Meet before the NCAA Meet to try to improve upon their PRs. Four men set new personal bests.
Jacob Futch in the pole vault 4.35m (14'3.25");
Nick Marsowicz (22.56) and
Aiden VanAmburg (22.52) in the 200m; and
Cameron Sample in the 100m (11.13).
Sample will be entering the National Championships next week to be held in Geneva, Ohio at the Spire Institute. He is tied for 8th nationally in the long jump.
The 2025 Division III outdoor track and field championships are from May 22-24, 2025 at the SPIRE Institute's Outdoor Track & Field facility in Geneva.
