BOXSCORE FARMINGDALE, N.Y. -- The Fredonia State men's soccer team completed a successful roadtrip by humbling SUNY Farmingdale, 5-0, on Saturday.
The Rams dropped to 2-4 on the year, while the Blue Devils now stand at 6-2.
Fredonia was ahead 2-0 at halftime, with goals scored by
Matt Grabowski and
Barry Hunt.
In the second, Hunt added his second goal of the game in the 56th minute, before Jake Persons and
Sam Guider each added a tally.
Tyler Williams had a pair of assists.
Jeremy Voigt and
Cory Paine had one each.
Bobby McGinnis played 70:00 in goal and
A.J. Grecco completed the whitewash minding the net the final 20:00
Fredonia held a 16-5 shot advantage in the game.
The Devils will now focus on conference play as they travel to Geneseo on Friday.
