Hallberg led the Fredonia State cross country team with a PR in a time of 26:13.1 at the Rowan Border Battle Invitational on Saturday. That put him in 78th place out of 327 runners. The team average of 27:11 was the fastest of the year for the squad. It was the final prep for the SUNYAC Meet on Nov. 1.
