Sembel was the top finisher for the men's cross country team at the Harry Anderson Invitational at Roberts Wesleyan on Saturday. Koshi finished 22nd in a field of 174 runners. His time of 26:17.7 was eight seconds faster than the next Blue Devil. Koshi and his teammates moved up to ninth in the latest regional poll. They were ranked 10th last week.
