Nicole Kumro, a junior first baseman from Cheektowaga, N.Y. and West Seneca East High School, raised her batting average to .366 by batting .500 in six games (10 for 20). She hit safely in all six games, including her second homer of the season, and has hits in seven straight games overall and in 10 of her last 11 games.
