Patrick McCormick won the 3-meter springboard competition with an NCAA-qualifying score Saturday at Trinity (Texas) University. His six-dive score of 249.95 points followed his personal-best 471.15 points in the 1-meter competition Friday. His six-dive 1-meter score of 311.30 also earned him NCAA qualification. They are his first NCAA qualifying scores as a collegian.
