Ethan Francis, a senior from Dunkirk, N.Y., finished fourth in the SUNYAC Championship Meet on Saturday in Fredonia with a time of 29:07.0.  Francis was also awarded the SUNYAC Elite 20 Award winner for having the highest grade-point average of all the competitors in the men's meet with a 3.95 GPA.
