Emma Falk, a sophomore middle blocker from York, N.Y., and Our Lady of Mercy H.S., averaged 1.75 kills per set during four matches last week. Her average was even better in SUNYAC Pool Play competition: 2.18 kills per set. Her best match of the week was 11 kills with a .333 hitting percentage vs. New Paltz. She hit .259 in the three pool play matches. She also recorded 13 total blocks during the week, including six solos. She leads Fredonia regulars with a .267 hitting percentage this season and is also the team leader in solo blocks (32), block assists (56), and total blocks (88).
