A junior from Dunkirk, N.Y., and Dunkirk High School, Francis put his name on the Fredonia career indoor track & field Top 10 list with a 15:10.28 Saturday in the 5,000 meters. He now occupies the No. 9 spot on the team list. His time also won a heat at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic, a major meet which includes student-athletes from all levels of collegiate track & field.
