Helps, a senior forward from the Bronx, N.Y., repeated as the Fredonia Athlete of the Week off three games with double-digit points. He also collected his fourth double-double of the season with 14 points and 12 rebounds in a near-upset of SUNYAC co-leader Brockport. Helps averaged 15.3 points and 8.3 rebounds in the three games while making 51.5 percent of his shots from the field (17 of 33). He also moved up to third on Fredonia's all-time scoring list with 1,312 career points.
