A senior from The Bronx, N.Y., and Greater New York Academy, Helps averaged 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in a pair of SUNYAC games. His 31 points vs. Potsdam was a new career-high, bettering a 29-point game vs. Cortland on Feb. 6, 2016, during his sophomore season. He raised his season average to 14.7 points per game -- 12th in the SUNYAC. He is also seventh in conference rebounding at 7.3 rebounds per game, including 13 boards vs. Potsdam. It was his third double-double of the season. In the process, Helps moved up one spot – to fourth – on Fredonia’s career scoring list with 1,266 points.
