A junior from Binghamton, N.Y., Joseph ran a personal-best 1:56.6 in the 800 meters during the Cardinal Classic at St. John Fisher on April 29. It was the first time he has run under 1.57 and was .48 seconds faster than he had ever run the distance. He finished fourth in the event.
