Katelyn Dennis, a junior from Webster, N.Y., had six straight hits Saturday during back-to-back Fredonia wins at the Virginia Wesleyan University Beach Blast. She went 4 for 4 against Eastern with three doubles in a 7-2 Blue Devil win. The four hits tied her career single-game best. She then singled twice and collected three RBI to pace Fredonia's offense in an 8-0 win over Shenandoah. The three RBI also tied a single-game best. Dennis batted .462 in four games.
