A junior forward from Newfane, N.Y., Alexis Moreland is a Fredonia Athlete of the Week for the second straight week. She scored twice in a 3-2 loss to Penn State Behrend and had Fredonia's first goal in a 3-2 overtime loss to Grove City during the Blue Devil Clarion Hotel Classic. The three goals give her six this season and at least one in every game played by the Blue Devils. She is the first Fredonia player to have at least one goal in five consecutive games since Lauren Heilweil, who scored three goals in the final game of the 2008 season and had one goal each in the first four games of 2009.
