Morrison, a sophomore from Wethersfield, Conn., toppled her own 800-meter school-record time, running the event in 2:12.35. The time was better than her previous record set a year ago of 2:17.69, and better than her NCAA-qualifying indoor time of 2:14.48. She now ranks sixth in NCAA Division III in the event.
