Kotas, a junior from Lancaster, N.Y., won the SUNYAC women's 3,000-meter indoor championship Saturday at The Special Events and Recreation Center at Brockport. Her winning time of 10:18.29 also broke the Fredonia indoor school record that stood for 25 years.
