Rokos, a junior from Delanson, N.Y., won three individual events and was part of one winning relay as Fredonia downed Cortland in a dual meet in Cortland. She won the 200-yard freestyle in 2:00.6, the 100-yard freestyle in 55.75 seconds, and the 200-yard individual medley in 2:18.00. She was also part of the winning 200-yard freestyle relay (1:43.00).
