Desens, a senior, won the women's shot put at 12.82 meters -- a personal-best which is ranked third best on the Fredonia women's indoor performance list -- at the RIT Tiger Invitational. She also finished fourth in the 20-pound weight throw at 14.16 meters (46 feet, 5 ½ inches).
