A junior goaltender from Owen Sound, Ont., Flagler was 2-1-0 with a 1.64 goals against average and .948 save percentage during the week. He had wins over Southern New Hampshire, 7-1, and Neumann, 4-2. His lone loss came to Neumann, 2-1, in overtime. Flagler came within 31 seconds of his first shutout of the season -- and the third of his college career -- when Southern New Hampshire scored a power-play goal in the final minute Jan. 6. He lowered his save percentage from 2.84 at the start of the week to 2.36 and improved his save percentage from .920 to .931.
