Foltz led the Blue Devils to a team championship at the Penn State Behrend Invitational held Saturday, Sept. 14. She finished third in a field of 123 runners with a five-kilometer time of 18:58. The Blue Devils had eight runners finish in the top 23. There were 14 full teams entered, including D-II Gannon, which finished second with 79 points compared to 51 points for the Blue Devils.
