Hugg, a senior from Waverly, N.Y., gave the Blue Devils the series win over Plattsburgh by tossing a complete-game six-hit shutout at Lake Myrtle, Fla. He did not allow a runner past second base in his first outing this spring as the Devils improved to 3-2 overall and 2-1 in the SUNYAC.
