Billups, a senior from Buffalo, N.Y., closed out his collegiate career with a career-high 25 points in a Blue Devil win at Brockport. He raised his season scoring average to 12.2 points. He connected for at least one three-point basket in his last seven games, 14 of his last 15, and 22 of 24 games during the season.
