2011 NCAA D-III XC CHAMPIONSHIP WEBPAGE
FREDONIA, N.Y. -- Fredonia State junior Peter Francia is among 560 NCAA Division III cross country runners to receive All-Region recognition from U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
The USTFCCCA honors student-athletes from member schools who finished top 35 individually at one of the nine regional sites last Saturday.
Francia finished 19th in the Atlantic Region race run at St. Lawrence University. In the process, he qualified for the NCAA championship race Saturday at Winneconne, Wis.
The 8,000-meter championship race is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. ET.
