The following information was taken from the Hall of Fame program published at the time of induction. Some editing was required:
A three-time Second Team All-SUNYAC performer (1989-90, 1990-91, 1991-92), Paul Kwiatkowski's accomplishments as a Blue Devil goaltender were extremely impressive. His 2,505 saves ranked him No. 1 in career saves at Fredonia State. He stood second in all-time goaltender victories (47) as well as second in career shutouts (5). His 769 saves in 1991-92 stood as a single-season school record. As a freshman in 1988-89, Mr. Kwiatkowski was tabbed SUNYAC Rookie of the Year. He was named an ECAC Second Team all-star after his junior year in 1990-91. He helped the Blue Devils achieve their first-ever national Top 10 ranking during his senior year. The player around whom the program was built in its infancy, Mr. Kwiatkowski added instant credibility to Fredonia State's up-and-coming men's hockey program.
