A prolific scorer and rebounder, Jeffrey Wallace scored in double figures 50 times and earned four varsity letters in basketball between 1964 and 1968. A two-time All-SUNYAC pick (1966-67 and 1967-68), he led his team in scoring 18 times and was named the team's Most Valuable Player at the conclusion of the 1967-68 season. Twenty-two years after his graduation in 1968, with a bachelor's degree in History, Dr. Wallace still ranked among the school's all-time scoring leaders with 903 points and was among the top rebounders with 465 in his collegiate career. In addition to his degree from Fredonia State, he earned a master's in Counseling in 1973 and a Ph.D. in Social and Philosophical Foundations in Education. Both degrees were conferred by SUNY at Buffalo, where he worked as an assistant vice president for academic affairs.
