A two-time All SUNYAC performer, Mr. Eichel held a number of single-season team records. He was most valuable player of the 1989 Nazareth Tournament and made the all-tournament team at the University of Rochester Tournament. He was also the Upstate New York ECAC Player of the Week in February of 1989. A dean's list student each of his six semesters, Mr. Eichel was an academic All-America nominee in 1990. He graduated in 1990 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and then received a master's degree in Business Administration in 1993.
