he following information was taken from the Hall of Fame program published at the time of induction. Some editing was required:

An outstanding goalkeeper during the late 1960s, Ermanno Ritschl was one of the school's premier athletes. An honorable mention All-State performer as a junior, Mr. Ritschl was selected First Team All-State and First Team All SUNYAC as a senior. Named MVP of the soccer team, Ritschl was honored as was honored as Senior Athlete of the Year at the completion of his final season. After graduation in 1969, Mr. Ritschl coached at both Fredonia State and the University of Vermont, and also served as a professional official for the Major Indoor Soccer League and the North American Soccer League. He received a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education before adding a master's in Special Education from Vermont. At the time of his induction in 1989, he was the owner and consultant for Customer Survey Systems in Kansas City, Mo.
